What does Crossroads Care offer?

Crossroads Care West Suffolk provides care in order to give family members a break or to provide peace of mind to the wider family.  We offer flexible services to people of all ages and with a range of disabilities and health conditions at any time day or night and any frequency or duration.

We employ professionally trained Carer Support Workers who can take over the caring role for a few hours to give the family carer a much-needed break.

We are currently rolling out a Homeshare Scheme across West and South East Suffolk which offers people with care needs an opportunity to spend the day in someone’s home and gives the Family Carer a break. We have vacancies for Homesharers – this is a paid post.
